Don’t you just love it when you open your closet and you LOVE what you see? There are a few tricks to get your wardrobe to this point, that don’t involve breaking the bank.
In an earlier post I shared my 4 Must Haves For Fall. Topping the list is a layering piece. Adding a layer is a simple way I amp up the style, while creating additional warmth to keep me cozy. My basic go-to is jeans and a tee. This is the foundation of my 40 hanger closet.

Some days that’s the end of the look, but other days, I want something more. Having a few basic layering pieces in my wardrobe creates versatility with ease. One of my go-to layers is a thin, long, open-sided sweater. Super easy. Super cute.

The second look is created simply by adding a black blazer. I love this one that I bought at Zara in Rome! It’s masculine, it’s a great length, and it never wrinkles. This blazer is definitely one of my wardrobe faves! Oh, and the bag… a gift that I’ll cherish forever. Classic, timeless and extremely practical for toting around my laptop, camera and other goodies. Monogramed with my initials, it’s truly one of a kind.

Jeans and a tee for the win (again)! I love the simplicity of a monochromatic, all-black look. It’s easy, it’s classic and it’s effortless. This weekend, fuss less, and still look great by trying an all-black outfit from your favourite pieces!

xox,

Love the look! Who says comfort and style don’t go together!
Right? I’m right there with you (although last week’s post about fancy shoes may say differently.) 😉
