Habakkuk 1:5b (ESV)
For I am doing a work in your day that you would not believe it told.
That is what the Lord continues to remind me of. And for that, I am so grateful. I am so in awe that even with my failures, mistakes, attitudes, unbelief, etc. that God still smiles down on me. I may not see the tangible signs of God at work in my life all the time, but I know that He is working. I know that God is doing something that I don’t yet understand.
In the meantime, I am so thankful for God’s hand on my life, and the lives of my family. He smiles at us, even when we step aside to wander. He never leaves or forsakes us. I’m so grateful that His protection and covering are all around our lives and home, and that He keep sickness and disease far from us.
I’m thankful that in seasons of waiting, He deposits dreams in our hearts that give us a peek at what is to come. And I’m abundantly blessed at the place He’s planted us to grow, thrive and serve in, as we are prepared for what God has prepared for us.
Still Waiting (and loving every minute of it),
